Temporarily lock your card to avoid any fraudulent transactions until it turns up or you replace it.

Report a lost, stolen or missing card

Report your card as lost, stolen or missing if you're sure it won't be recovered.

Manage your credit card online

You can access these features via our mobile and online services by following these steps.

  1. Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app.
  2. In the Accounts section, select See all.
  3. On the Accounts summary page, select the credit card you want to manage.
  4. Select Account actions menu, then Manage card.

  2. Select the credit card you want to manage.
  3. On your credit card page, select the Account actions menu.
  4. Select Manage card.

Lock your credit card

On the Manage card screen, select Lock or unlock your card. Under Card status, select Lock card.

What gets blocked when your card is locked

  • In-person transactions
  • Online transactions that require manual entry of card information
  • Cash advances
  • Adding the card to Apple Wallet® or Google Wallet®

What keeps working

  • Previously scheduled recurring payments
  • Payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay and third-party payment processors (such as PayPal) that use previously registered card information

Unlock a card

As long as you haven't notified us that your card was lost or stolen, you can unlock it by selecting Lock card again. The status will change to Card unlocked.

Replace a lost or stolen credit card

On the Manage card page, select Report and replace a lost or stolen card and follow the instructions for your specific situation.

Missing card

If your card hasn't arrived within 10 business days, call us at 514-397-4415 (Montreal area), at 1-800-363-3380 (Canada and the US) or collect at 514-397-4610 (other countries).

Replace a damaged credit card

On the Manage card menu, select Replace a damaged card and follow the instructions. If your card still works, you can continue to use it until your new one arrives. Your credit card number will not change.

How long does it take to get a replacement card?

Once you've requested a replacement card, you'll get it by mail within 5 to 10 business days.

Manage your debit card online

You can access these features via our mobile and online service by following these steps.

  1. Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app.
  2. In the Accounts section, select See all.
  3. On the Accounts page, select the card you want to manage.
  4. Select Manage card.

  2. Select the debit card you want to manage, then select Manage card.

Lock your debit card

On the Manage card screen, select Lock or unlock your card, then Lock card.

  • Direct payments, including contactless payment
  • Adding the card to Apple Wallet® or Google Wallet®

  • AccèsD transactions

3 tips to avoid credit and debit card fraud

  • Never leave your cards out in the open, whether you're at work, in public or in a car.
  • Always check that your card is returned to you after a purchase.
  • Always check your monthly account statement. Immediately report any transaction that you believe to be fraudulent.
