How to change your credit card PIN
Learn how to change your credit card personal identification number (PIN) using our mobile and online services.

Mobile app
Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app.
In the Accounts section, select the See all button.
On the Account summary page, under Cards, loans and credit, select the credit card whose PIN you want to change.
On your credit card page, select the Account actions menu.
In the dropdown list, select Manage card.
On the Manage card page, select the Manage PIN link.
Enter your new PIN twice, then select the Confirm button to complete the change.
Web browser
Log in to AccèsD.
On the AccèsD home page, under Cards, loans and credit, select the credit card whose PIN you want to change.
On your credit card page, select the Account actions menu.
In the dropdown list, select Manage card.
On the Manage card page, select the Manage PIN link.
Enter your new PIN twice, then select the Confirm button to complete the change.
Note
As a security measure, you’ll have to enter your new PIN 3 times when you make your next in-store purchase with this card.
