How to replace a lost or stolen debit card

Learn how to request a replacement debit card if it’s lost or stolen using our mobile and online services.

Instructions

Mobile app

  1. Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app.

  2. In the Accounts section, select the See all button.

  3. On the Account summary page, select the account linked to the debit card you want to replace.

  4. On your account page, select the Manage card option.

  5. On the Manage card page, if you have multiple cards linked to your account, choose the one you want to replace. Otherwise, go to Step 6.

  6. On the Manage card page, select the Replace your card link. 

  7. On the Replace your card page, select Lost or stolen card as the reason for replacing your card.

  8. On the Lost or stolen card page, select the Replace button. 

  9. On the Getting your new card page, select the Use this address button to have your new debit card sent to your address on file. If you want it sent to a different address, select the Contact us link to have us update the address in your file.

  10. On the Review details page, make sure your mailing address is accurate, then select the Replace button. 

  11. Select the Replace card button to finish your request.

  12. On the Confirmation page, select the Log out button.

Web browser

  1. Log in to AccèsD.

  2. On the AccèsD home page, select the account linked to the debit card you want to replace.

  3. On your account page, select the Manage card option.

  4. On the Manage card page, if you have multiple cards, choose the one you want to replace. Otherwise, go to Step 5.

  5. Select the Replace your card link.

  6. On the Replace your card page, select Lost or stolen card as the reason for replacing your card.

  7. On the Lost or stolen card page, select the Replace button.

  8. To receive your new debit card at your address on file, select the Use this address button. If you want it sent to a different address, select the Contact us link to have us update the address in your file. 

  9. On the Review details page, make sure your mailing address is accurate, then select the Replace button.

  10. Select the Replace card button to finish your request.

  11. On the Confirmation page, select the Log out button.
