Start your renewal application
Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app.
In the Accounts section, select the See all button.
On the Account summary page, under Cards, loans and credit, select the mortgage that’s up for renewal.
If your mortgage can be renewed online, you can renew it up to 120 days before the end of your term. A reminder will appear under your loan in your list of accounts to let you know that renewal is available.
On your mortgage page, select the Renew button.
The Renew your mortgage page opens. Select the Get started button.
Choose your rate
Co-borrowers need to fill out the renewal application one at a time. If your co-borrower already selected the rate and payment options, go straight to Review and edit your information.
On the Mortgage renewal – Rates page, in the Choose your personalized rate step, find the rate option you want then choose the Select and continue button.
If you don’t have loan insurance yet and you’re a solo borrower, the Insure your mortgage page opens.
Choose the Continue button if you want to take out loan insurance, or choose the Continue without coverage button. If you’re taking out loan insurance, follow the instructions for getting loan insurance before the next step, which is choosing your mortgage payment options.
Choose your payment options
This section is only for solo borrowers who are renewing without loan insurance. If you already have loan insurance, or if you have a co-borrower, go straight to Review and edit your information.

If you chose a new payment frequency, select the start date of the first payment, then select the Continue button.
Review and edit your information
In the Review details step, make sure all the information is accurate. To change something, select the Edit button. If your co-borrower selected the rate and payment options, make sure they are correct. You can change them by selecting the Change renewal details button.
Select the Confirm button.
