How to pay a bill

Learn how to pay your bills using our mobile and online services.

Instructions

Mobile app

  1. Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app, then select the Transactions tab.

  2. On the Transactions page, select the Pay bills button.

  3. On the Payment page, choose the bill you want to pay.

    Note

    If your bill isn’t on the list, see how to add a biller.

  4. In the From field, select the account you want to use to make your payment. (If the account is already there, go to step 6.)

  5. Select the source account.

  6. If required, enter your bill’s reference number in the Variable reference no. field. If you’re not sure where to find your bill’s reference number, select the Help icon .

  7. In the Amount field, enter your payment amount.

  8. The payment date is automatically set to today’s date. You can also set up your bill payment in advance with the date and frequency of your choice.

  9. Once you’ve entered all the required information on the Payment page, select the OK button.

  10. On the Verify page, make sure all the information is correct, then select the Confirm button.

Web browser

  1. Log in to AccèsD. On the home page, select the Bill payments button.

  2. In the Make a payment tab, find the bill you want to pay and, if required, enter its reference number in the Variable reference no. field. If you’re not sure where to find your bill’s reference number, select the Help icon .

  3. In the Amount field, enter the payment amount.

  4. The payment date is automatically set to today’s date. You can also set up your bill payment in advance with the date and frequency of your choice.

    Note

    If you’re paying more than one bill at a time, you can select the Calculate button to see the total for all your bills.

  5. Select the account you want to use to make the payment.

  6. Once you’ve entered all the required information in the Make a payment tab, select the OK button.

  7. On the Validation page, make sure all the information is correct, then select the Confirm button.
