How to modify or delete a bill

Learn how to modify or delete bills using our mobile and online services.

Mobile app

Manage a bill

  1. Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app, then select the Transactions tab.

  2. On the Transactions page, select the Manage transactions button. 

  3. On the Manage transactions page, select the Bill payments and cheques button.

  4. On the Bill payments and cheques page, select the Manage bills button.

Modify a bill

  1. On the Bills page, select the bill you want to modify.

  2. On the Bill details page, select the Modify button.

  3. Edit your bill’s information, then select the OK button.

  4. Select the Confirm button to save your changes.

Delete a bill

  1. On the Bills page, select the bill you want to delete.

  2. On the Bill details page, select the Delete button.

  3. Select the Delete button to delete the bill.

  1. Log in to AccèsD. On the home page, select the Bill payments button.

  2. Select the Modify or delete a bill tab.

Modify a bill

  1. Select the bill you want to modify, then select the Modify button.

  2. Edit your bill’s information, then select the OK button.

  3. Select the Confirm button to save your changes.

Delete a bill

  1. In the Modify or delete a bill tab, select the bill you want to delete, then select the Delete button.

  2. Select the Confirm button to delete the bill.
