How to add a biller
Learn how to add a new bill payee using our mobile and online services.

Mobile app
Log in to the Desjardins mobile services app, then select the Transactions tab.
On the Transactions page, select the Pay bills button.
On the Payment page, select the Add button.
In the search field on the Find a bill page, enter the name of the organization you want to pay, then select the Search button.
Select the organization you want from the search results. To see all organizations, select the More results button.
On the Add a bill page, enter your bill’s reference number in the Reference no. field, if required. If you’re not sure where to find your bill’s reference number, select the Help icon .
Note
The Description field is optional. Adding descriptions makes it easier for you to identify your bills at the ATM or on your statements.
Once you’ve entered all the required information on the Add a bill page, select the OK button.
Make sure your bill’s reference number is correct, then select the Confirm button to add the bill.
Web browser
Log in to AccèsD. On the home page, select the Bill payments button.
Select the Add a bill tab.
Enter the name of the organization you want to pay, then select the Search button. To narrow your search, select a category from the dropdown list.
Select the organization you want from the search results, then select the OK button.
Enter the bill’s reference number in the Reference no. field, if required. If you’re not sure where to find your bill’s reference number, select the Help icon .
