How to navigate your online business accounts (AccèsD Affaires)
Learn how to navigate your business accounts on AccèsD Affaires using the Desjardins mobile services app or your computer.

Select the way you access your business accounts

Mobile app
To get around in the Desjardins mobile services app, use the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen. It has 5 tabs that let you quickly access all the features you need to manage your business finances.
Quickly access your accounts
See all your business holdings under the Home tab. Your accounts are grouped by category and separated by currency.
Under the same tab, you can securely end your session using the Log out button at the top of the screen. To reach us if you need assistance, use the Help and contact button .
Discover our online products
Want to open a savings account or apply for a credit card or financing? See all our online products and services for business under the Products tab.
Make all your transactions in one place
Go to the Transactions tab to:
- Pay bills
- Manage your Interac e-Transfers®
- Make transfers between accounts or send international transfers
- Deposit cheques
- View pending transactions
- Cancel transactions and manage service providers
Manage your profile, settings and tools
Under the More tab, you can:
- Update your profiles and app settings
- Manage your security preferences
- View interest rates and returns for our products
- Use our currency converter
Web browser
To get around on AccèsD Affaires in a web browser, use the Make a transaction button or the menu on the right-hand side of the home page. They give you quick access to the features you need to manage your business accounts.
Make transactions
Select the Make a transaction button to:
- Pay your suppliers
- Make transfers between accounts
- Send Interac e-Transfers® and international transfers
- Pay bills
- Pay government remittances
- Manage your batch transactions
- Cancel a transaction
Manage your profile
Need to update your information, change your password or manage your list of service providers? Select Profile and settings to:
- Update your user profile
- View and edit your business profile
- Change your security settings
- Sign up for online statements
Search for transactions
Need to verify a transaction? Select Search transactions to:
- Find an upcoming or past transaction
- View your cheque images
Access other services
The main menu at the top of your screen lets you view your statements and documents or browse our products and services.
The Help and contact button at the bottom of your screen lets you make an appointment with an advisor or contact us.
