Nathalie Larue is responsible for the overall performance of personal banking activities, including service delivery, financial performance and risk management. Her mandate includes managing savings and financing products, digital transformation and service networks for members and clients.
She also oversees strategy, investments, data science, analytics and artificial intelligence for all of Desjardins Group.
Nathalie is known for her unifying leadership and strong business results. She leads the Personal Services sector, which has more than 15,000 employees who are committed to providing a distinctive experience to members and clients.
Nathalie holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and has worked in the Quebec finance sector for more than 30 years, taking on positions of influence and overseeing large, multidisciplinary teams. She has been with Desjardins for more than 25 years and a member of the Desjardins Group Management Committee since 2017, where her achievements include spearheading a major marketing transformation project.
Through her passion, vision, innovation and intuition, Nathalie is able to identify promising ideas and bring them to life. Her strategic skills, pragmatic management approach and communication abilities enable her to play a key role in shaping Desjardins's present and future.
Nathalie is currently co-president of the fundraising campaign firm for Tel-Aide Montréal. It offers free, confidential active listening services that contribute to the community's mental health and well-being. In recent years, she has also served as the Desjardins Cares and Shares campaign vice-chair and helped raise over $15 million for organizations that fight poverty and exclusion and encourage academic perseverance across Canada.
