Apply to the Board Succession program
Caisse Desjardins du Lac-Memphrémagog gives you the opportunity to learn more about the activities of the board of directors and contribute to your caisse's performance through the Board Succession program.
Appointed by the board of directors, intern directors participate in board meetings and discussions, but without voting rights. It's not just an internship, it's an opportunity to get involved!
You'll also be representing the community and getting first-hand experience of cooperative values. This position will help you develop both professional and personal skills. You'll grow your network by representing the caisse during democratic events, while making a name for yourself and tapping into your inner leader. It'll be great for your résumé!
To apply, you need to:
- Be a caisse member
- Be a Canadian citizen, resident or landed immigrant
- Have a home, residence, business or job in the same province as the caisse, or be part of a group described in the caisse statutes
- Not be an employee or director of a caisse, the FCDQ or other Desjardins entity
- Never have been expelled from the Groupe coopératif Desjardins
- Agree to respect Desjardins's legal and regulatory framework and Code of Professional Conduct
- Authorize the caisse to carry out a security and credit check
