• Online access card number (non-members)
• AccèsD Affaires user code

Logging in to AccèsD and AccèsD Affaires securely

Your username is one of several elements used to authenticate you when logging in to AccèsD and AccèsD Affaires. You're also protected by your password, personal questions and 2-step verification.

Important information about logging in using an email username

Security is our utmost concern. That's why the process of logging in with an email address is validated by sending you a unique activation code.

The code allows us to confirm that the email address truly belongs to the user who entered it.

If you use AccèsD and AccèsD Affaires, you'll need to use different email addresses to log in.

Remember that logging in with an email address as your username is optional and that you can continue to log in with your Desjardins Access Card number or AccèsD Affaires user code.
